Track

Once things started to wind down towards the end of the year I was finally able to make it to a few of Liam and Payton’s track meets.

I’ve never really done their sports so I was pretty pleased with the way the pictures turned out.

At this meet Liam qualified for state in both the mile and his relay!

So we headed to Gothenburg a few weeks later to watch him run…

I am so glad I was able to watch them run. I know they will do great these next few years!!

Boo, Bubbles, and Chalk

Now that school is out I have all the time in the world to play with little Darby. Mom had a few errands to run one day so Boober and I headed outside to play with chalk and bubbles. He is such an amazing little boy and I love spending time with him. He is the greatest!

We broke out the colored bubbles… It got a little messy but it was so much fun!

Well maybe a little more messy that I expected! It was in his hair too, oops!

Before we played with bubbles we got out the chalk. It was so much fun; Boo loves to draw!

He decided to get creative with his art and use the cool chalk tools he got.

It was such a fun day and I love how the pictures turned out that day. It was so beautiful out!!

EASTER

Easter morning we all headed over to Grandpa and Grandma Runge's. The boys were so excited to see all the cousins. Going to Grandma's is always a favorite of the grandkids.

The boys loved the Easter egg hunt, they all had a blast trying to race.

The Easter Bunny got creative this year!

After the hunt and sitting down to eat together, we all went frisbee golfing. The little guys had never been before but they thought it was pretty cool.

Regardless of all the injuries, the fun continued!

Before it started raining on us, Liam and Jackson decided to show off their muscles and skills before ending the game



This Easter was definitely a great one. Everyone had fun and as always, enjoyed spending time together. I'm going to miss all these Runge holiday's and family get togethers next year!



New Directions

Once school had come to an end we wanted to do something different…
On the last day of school we each wore the shirt of the school we are going to (and yes I FINALLY decided!!) Everyone showed up in there school t-shirts and we took a class picture.

Everyone gathered in groups of the schools they are going to like UNK and UNL, but four of us, didn’t have a group to join…

…so we made a group of our own: the loners; but we are all very excited about braving the next few years alone, without our comfort zones.
It was a fun day as we all signed out and we got some fun pictures too
