I was never really interested in photography until this past March. I woke up early one morning to head to Omaha for my flight to D.C., nothing was going right, but that day I came across this beautiful scene:
The picture isn't anything spectacular, I know. But the idea of being able to capture something that can change the way you see the world seemed so perfect and that's when I got hooked. The rest of my trip I took pictures of even the littlest things. They might not be of anything specific but by looking at the pictures I can remember what was going on that exact moment and how I felt. These are a few of my favorites:
This building is my favorite, it is just a block away from the White House. I thought it was so beautiful |
This flag was being flown over the St. Patrick's Day Parade as we were leaving our tour of the White House |
Like I said, they are nothing great, but this was only the beginning of my, well I guess you could say obsession. That's all for now!
